Not such a big fan of the Easy Walker

So, I read the reviews and thought the Easy Walker would work great for us.
I picked one up the other day (thankfully at petsmart, so I can return it with no problem) and it just DOES not work for us :-(
At first I thought it was because it was too loose. So I tightened it as much as a could...but still, Molly pulls and the entire thing twists to the side and pulls over her shoulder. I think it's because she has so much hair, it doesn't matter how tight I make it, it moves with her hair (does that make sense?).
It's really rather annoying. I'm thinking now, maybe the Gentle Leader would work?!
Did anyone else have problems with the Easy Walker?? I just felt like there were so many great reviews, that maybe it's me...but I don't know what else to do to make it work and not just shift when she walks (really if I make it any tighter, she would be able to breath-and I watched the videos on it, so I'm pretty positive I have it on correctly).

I have purchased and returned the Gentle Leader Harness twice now.  I purchased it the first time and just didn't have any success.  Then I kept seeing all the great reviews from others and thought well the girls are older now, maybe it will work better now.  However, failed again for me.  I use the gentle leader on both of my girls now and although they are not crazy about them, they work much better than the harness for me personally.  There are many that love the harness.  Probably like everything else some things work better for some than others.  Since you can return them at Petsmart, you really don't have anything to loose by trying it.
