I am curious what trainers, facilities, clubs, etc any of you are using to train for GCC of obedience or agility, therapy, whatever.

Talk to Kate Pappas (look up "Kate" under the Members section--see tabs at the top of any page). She lives in So Cal and does obedience training, agility, and therapy stuff (or training for it) with her doodle Yarra. She just started an Agility group on this site too-check it out!

If you are in the Pasadena area, Penny Scott-Fox does superb training. I recently got CGC certification for both of my doodles with classes with Penny. My two labradoodles have also been in beginning, intermediate, and agility training classes with Penny. She uses positive methods, and can help with problems, if you have any.
