Welcome, Vicki.  Who are Mollie Bee's parents?  I have Ned, who will be 8 this  month.

Our white Labradoodle Mollie Bee is from Strgazer. She is 6 yrs. old now and still acts like a puppy! She is beautiful, sweet, very well behaved and super smart. We just love her! I hate to see Mary has stopped breeding them.

Mario, I had read that late in 2013, the US Dept of Agriculture expanded federal regulation and licensing requirements for dog breeders who sell dogs and ship interstate to cover even breeders who only sell pets to families.  To become licensed, you would have to comply with regulations about housing facilities, feeding, sanitation, vet care, recordkeeping, submit to inspections of their premises by USDA inspectors, and pay fees.  At the time, the USDA said that they would monitor ads and internet sites, and would possibly contact breeders asking things like "Do you ship?"  While there were exceptions for retail pet stores and those who bred all puppies on site, I understand that the exceptions were very restrictive.  I suspect many smaller in-home breeders like Mary found it cost-prohibitive to comply and either stopped breeding or stopped advertising shipping to attract buyers who are not local.  I do not know for certain that is what happened but I became aware of these regulations right around the time that Mary's site disappeared in late 2014 or early 2015.  You might try calling her.

I did some google searching and all I can find for Stargazer is that some of the dogs are being bred in other Kennels in Tennessee.  I usually send a Mach e-mail with an update on Ned, but I didn't do it this year.

Hi All, I am a new Stargazer Doodle mom,too :) Duke came home Monday. This week has flown by! He is such a sweet boy. He is 10 1/2 weeks old. It will be fun to watch him grow :) Rocky and Misty Morning's Ella are his parents. Thank you for letting us join!
