Erica, if she has gone out of business (and its seems that she has), and that you have been unable to contact her with the phone numbers you have, I would assume that she is not in a situation to honor a contract. Because I am an older person, I always assume the person is incapacitated or dead. As to the jaw trembling - get to the vet immediately for a diagnosis. My friend's dog has epilepsy and that was one of the symptoms. The epilepsy is controlled now, but apparently the jaw trembling is a symptom that continued. I am not a vet, and am not trying to alarm you. Here is a link to the Seizure group - those members have much more information to share. http://www.doodlekisses.com/group/seizures
Suggestions for itching, have you tried Evening Primrose Oil, bathing with shampoos designed for itchy skin, or allergy medications? Sometimes those things help. Here is a link to the health and medical group: http://www.doodlekisses.com/group/healthandmedicalissues
Hi Erica,
Not sure if you tried either of these phone numbers:

Your dog looks like he has the stomach issues that some of the pups seem to have gotten, including mine. However, I've managed to help mine beat his issue by feeding him organic food. This one is particularly awesome. Tad's not having any digestive issues and his coat has filled out and is now shiny and healthy. http://www.orijen.ca/products/dog-food/dry-dog-food/regional-red/. Also, we feed him organic wet food too, just 1/3 to 1/2 can twice a day. I leave the dry food out because he's a nibbler. Shampoo: We use Bobbi Panter's Natural soothing dog shampoo. We get it at Pet Food Express. I think they are also now carrying the Orijen food. Or you can order via Amazon.com, etc. Try using organic as much as possible. Don't give your dog those plastic chew toys or any toy that doesn't say 100% natural, organic type. Just like people, dogs are having toxicity issues with all of the chemicals in food/toys, etc.
Ned doesn't have issues but I also feed him Orijen. It truly is the best food out there.
If I had Rocky's pedigree, I would gladly share it. You do know though that doodles aren't pedigreed dogs and that the genealogy is really just for fun but meaningless? I have Ned's history, and enjoyed comparing it with others I met when he was young, but in the long run it didn't really matter. More seriously, I am sorry your pup has skin issues. So many of the poodle mixes do. There is a group called Health and Medical Group that has discussions about this very thing. Here are some of them:

I will send a group message asking if anyone has Rocky's pedigree to contact you, Erica.
Erica, I got my Biscuit from Mary back in 2010. As far as papers go, the only thing we got was a sheet of paper telling us her recent ancestors' names - nothing fancy, and nothing detailed. It wasn't much help for anything.
Biscuit has had skin issues, which we've been pretty lucky in controlling with Benadryl and salmon oil - plus a great groomer who uses sensitive skin products on her. She also has small seizures (although she's grown out of them a bit) and her jaw trembles from time to time. Just in this last week, she was diagnosed with Corneal Dystrophy, which is a film over the eye from cholesterol. The eye specialist seems to think it's not diet but rather genetic. I only write this to put down the information in case anyone else has a Stargazer pup with similar issues.
Erica - I think Mary is long gone and out of the business. I'd take your pup to the vet for the jaw trembling - good luck.
