Tera, Ned is from Ariel and Aladdin also. One of his sisters is also named Ruby. We haven't seen her for a while, but she is a beautiful red color. I am going to your site to check out your dogs, especially Ruby Rose.
We are a breeder and we have two Stargazer girls. Ruby Rose is from Ariel x Aladdin and Tessa isn't quite a year old yet and is from Rocky x Aurora. Both are great dogs. We are excited to connect with some possible litter mates :)
Welcome, Vicki. Who are Mollie's parents?
Our little Mollie is from Stargazer too. She was full of mischief and very skiddish for the 1st year of her life. Now she has settle down to be such a sweetie and the real definition of a lapdog. Never expected this, we are shocked. She is very trainable, both my doodles are. Maggie is a gem. She is from Springville Labradoodles, which is a little more pricey; but worth every penny. She is very mellow, sweet and doesn't bark, just a little woof sometimes. Mollie is more vocal; but in a cute way, she moans and talks to us. Now I agree with the picky eating and a few digestive problems also, I have never had a dog so picky with her food and almost every meal STILL to this day is a challenge. We are doing better with Blue turkey and potato with a little wet food mixed in. She is about the same size as Tad and looks very similar. I need to post new pics soon!
I think the transport vans don't hydrate them enough and that it would be pretty easy to pick up fleas and ticks and bacteria from the others being transported. I am glad that Zoe is better now though.
Zoe was sick when she arrived. It might have been due to the 3 day car trip and not the breeders fault. She had an intestinal bacteria and the vet put her on antibiotics and a special diet. It cleared up in about four days. She also had a tick. Our vet said that the tick was NOT indigenous to Colorado so we are sure she acquired it before coming to us. We were worried that her intestinal symptoms were caused by a disease carried by the tick and watched her very carefully since the treatment was 'extensive'. Fortunately, the tick did not cause the problem. but by the time we found it, it was extremely engorged with her blood.
Welcome, Lanell. Zoe sounds like she is full of fun and mischief!
