Antidepressants in Alzheimer's?

I saw a little blurb in the newspaper yesterday about the antidepressant, Celexa, and it's possible role in allaying Alzheimer's disease. I found it fascinating and found this article that explains things online today.

Wow, that is amazing. Knowing nothing about medicine, I wonder if they could tailor it in the future to address Alzheimer's specifically as far as dosage and side effects go?
