The Solar Eclipse, and the Transit of Venus

Here are the photos I captured from last night's eclipse. I taped solar viewing glasses over the front of the lens of my camera, making sure it was completely covered. For those of you that want to photograph the transit of Venus, make sure you tape these viewers to your lens, not to the viewfinder of your camera. 

The transit of Venus will be on June 5th, and it will be Venus passing in front of the sun. If you have a zoom lens you  may have a better chance of capturing this, my 50mm probably won't, as Venus will look very small.
