Doga (dog yoga) has become very popular in NYC. I'm thinking about checking it out next week. You basically do yoga with your dog. Haha, I'm wondering how this actually works.
If it's anything like exercising at my house, it involves trying to do yoga poses and keeping your balance with a doodle jumping all over you.

Haha this is usually what happens to me. I always try doing pilates or some kind of strengthening exercises after my walk, but I have to do them around Lola. She always walks all over me. Eventually I tie her to something. I hope one day she will understand to leave me alone when I do this.
I have no idea, never even thought of it! I do yoga regularily but can't imagine my doodle being involved. She is way too hyper. I am looking for ways to exercise my doodle both mentally and physically, besides dropping her off at doggie daycare.

That is very interesting, and I have been wondering how this works for a long time. If you do try it out please let us know how it goes.

Found this website when looking up doga. Some great videos showing the positions for the dogs and humans... still would like to know if anyone has tried it!
