I know this has come up, but why must this chart be confusing?? I am an intelligent and intuitive being, somewhat numbed by caring for three children, but I don't see my "answer" in this chart:

For a 10 lb. puppy who will be 35 lbs. as an adult, she should have how much?? I feed 3x day.

Part of the problem is listing the puppy weights in kg and the adult weights in grams.

I think that the adult weights are in kg but the amount of food is listed by gm and cup. The way I see it, your pup should get a cup to a cup and 1/4 per day divided in three. Of course these are merely guidelines anyway and you may end up giving somewhat more or less.

Tenley has gotten about a cup (total) a day since he was 10 weeks old. He is 32lbs almost full grown. With the treats he gets, that is enough for him. I wouldn't give him anymore - this amount maintains the perfect weight for him we have found. I really do think it's individual to the dog and their lifestyle though. I would start off with a cup or maybe a little more, and see how that goes and adjust from there as necessary.

You pup should be about 15 kg as an adult so you should read across from the 5 kg (11 lbs) to between the 10 kg (22 lb) and the 20 kg ( 44 lbs). By my estimate, this would be a little over one cup of the Puppy formula, divided over three meals. Approximately 1/3 +  cup each meal.

Looks like F and Judith have come up with the same amount, a little more than a cup a day, or a bit more than 1/3 cup per meal. And I also agree that these are just suggested amounts, so you may have to adjust up or down. With these mixed breeds, the estimated adult weight may also not be accurate, so keep that in mind, too. How old is she?

She is almost 14 weeks old. I have been giving 1/3 cup three times a day (of LA, then that mixed with Orijen Puppy, and now just Orijen). She still gets kibble as training treats too. Thank you so much! One thing I noticed today: She is not pooping as frequently - is that normal to have more efficient digestion now? She poops first thing in the am, after each meal/nap combo and at bedtime. But today, it was just 3 times. A first!

Yes, you typically get lower stool volume with Orijen than with a food like LA, because there is nowhere near as much "filler".
