PetSmart Announces Recall of Certain Lots of Simply Nourish Dog Treats
PetSmart has announced that Loving Pets Corp is voluntarily recalling specific lots of Simply Nourish Biscotti with Beef and Sweet Potatoes Dog Treats due to the potential of mold growth.
The affected products have an expiration date of February 2016. No product images were provided.
No other Simply Nourish or Loving Pets treats are affected.

BARKWORTHIES RECALL
Barkworthies of Richmond, VA is recalling select lots of Barkworthies Chicken Vittles dog chews because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.
The product was distributed nationwide beginning May 6, 2014 and can be identified by its Lot Code found on the side of the plastic pouch.

Size: 16 oz. Plastic Pouch
Best Used by Date: May 2016
UPC: 816807011510
The recall was initiated after routine testing by the Colorado Department of Agriculture revealed the presence of Salmonella in a single lot of the product.
This batch tested negative by a third party independent laboratory prior to release for distribution to consumers.
No additional products are affected by this recall.
The company has received no reports of illness in either people or animals associated with these products to date.

Tuffy's Pet Foods, Inc. of Perham, Minnesota, is voluntarily recalling specific lots of Nutrisca Chicken and Chick Pea Recipe Dry Dog Food because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.
The product was manufactured for Nutrisca by Tuffy’s.
The recall is limited to Nutrisca Chicken and Chick Pea Recipe Dry Dog Food in 4 pound bag sizes and bear UPC Code “8 84244 12495 7″ (found on lower back of the bag).

May 15, 2015 — Ranch Santa Margarita, CA — OC Raw Dog of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA is voluntarily recalling 2055 lbs. of Turkey & Produce Raw Frozen Canine Formulation, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.
Stella and Chewy’s Stop-Sale Order and Potential Dog Food Recall
The Maryland Department of Agriculture has issued a stop sale order on Stella and Chewy’s freeze dried chicken patties dog food, which has tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes.
The lot number is: 111-15. The bags will have a use by date of April 23, 2016.

The company is not being forthcoming at all about this. No mention on either their website or their FB page, and a few google searches show that questions from customers have gone unanswered. :(
Yeah, the alert I received was by far one of the strangest I've seen. Very sketchy the way they are handling it.
