Profile Information

About Me:
We are a small breeder of hand raised Australian Labradoodles with great attention to detail. Of course we do not need to tell you that, just check out what our doodle families are saying at Trinity Doodles 'Tails' from home.

Additionally I am a single mom to two amazing children ~ Jennifer and Nicholas. It is such a privilege to share this common passion with them and to watch each of them leave their mark on the 'happily ever after' stories our puppy families share with us.

Our 1st doodle Malachi joined our family several years ago. We fell head over heals in love with this breed and devoured all the information we could get our hands on. The addition of our furry family member changed our lives in ways we never could have imagined. Some of these revelations were very unique and provoked our curiousity whether others with similar needs might also benefit. We added several more doodles to the brood and just could not keep this to ourselves any longer. With that Trinity Doodles was born.

Today we take great pride in regards to the imprint we are privileged to make on future generations of Australian Labradoodles. Our approach involves total involvement and hands on of each member in our family. We spend much time with continuing education to ensure we utilize the most current information in every aspect of our program. Our potential breeding dogs are extensively health tested and evaluated in order to result in the very best qualities for their offspring. We also rely heavily on owner feedback so we can continue to track results well beyond our brief wonderful time with our puppies.

Looking ahead we are pursuing relationships with several rescue groups and hope to be involved in placement assistance as well as other needs we may be able to meet. Additionally we would like to pursue getting involved with the R.E.A.D. program with the our doodles.
What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
We currently have 17 doodles in the house (or should I say the doodles have 3 humans in the house?). 2 are f1b's - Malachi and Ella our Grand Mum. 4 are Multigeneration Australian Labradoodles ranging in size from mini to standard and are either adults or very near, they are Micah, Joy, Charity and Asher 'Janko'. And we have 11 oh so cute Australian Labradoodle puppies. Did I mention they all live in our home? Yep, we are one cozy little family!
Where did you get your doodle(s)?
Breeder
Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
Where do I start? I first heard of doodles when my employer added a doodle to their household. What I heard from them stirred my curiousity and I found them to be the most incredible dogs I had ever come across. We did have some unique health needs which included but were not limited to allergies and asthma. Despite this, we found the perfect breed in Labradoodles.

"It's about humans getting salmonella, which would be of particular concern if you have little ones. They are saying to disinfect anything the ear may have touched."

"Scary! Our local pet store doesn't seem to have any in stock anymore.  I wasn't looking for pig ears but I didn't see any shopping for a bully stick.  I guess they aren't taking any chances."

"Thanks, Nancy. This is disturbing, considering that they are saying to avoid all pig ears.  Yet the cases of salmonella seem to be linked to pig ears from South America. "

Celebrating Ella Fitzgerald ~ turning the page to the next chapter

Posted on June 13, 2010 at 7:30am 13 Comments

On Friday our dear Ella Fitzgerald at 4 1/2 years old officially retired, she was spayed. It is bittersweet because it is time, but I still swallow a lump in my throat. I do not know if I can find the words to express how I feel about Ella but am going to try.…
