Hi....

Was picking up some dog food locally over the weekend and a S&C rep was there handing out samples of their new Raw Coated Kibble and their Raw Blend Kibble.

Any thoughts on the new kibble from Stella and Chewy?

It's a good brand, and the fact that it's baked rather than extruded is a big plus. I'm a little disappointed in the Omega 6:3 ratios, they're surprisingly high for grain free formulas. But I'd say if you want to try it, there's no reason not to.

Thanks Karen....I offered a few kibbles to the three dogs and all were happy to have it, but I also know how that goes with something new  :-)

Hi Rita,

I was looking for some insight/reviews for the S&C raw blend kibble and was wondering if you ended up trying it with Fazzy? How was your experience? Chai is very picky and is on Sojos + primal at the moment but her muzzle is absolutely disgusting thanks to the dehydrated food and I have noticed that she is having more frequent and very large BM's on this one. Any insight into your experience is appreciated!

Hi Divyangna!!!

I'm currently mixing it in with their Acana, but even if I offer it all by itself (just a few kibbles), they seem to be all about it.

When you say that her muzzle is disgusting due to the dehydrated food - I assume that is the Sojo's after you have rehydrated it?  My dogs weren't much into Sojo's for some reason.  It would be worth buying a small bag, offering as a mix in with the primal, maybe decreasing the Sojo's a bit at the time and see how she does on it.

So, all in all, I'm not feeding S&C straight, so can't offer a whole lot of insight.  :-)
