- Hi...I am married and we have 3 dogs. I love our pups. I'm originally from No. California, (Humboldt County), and have lived in the Portland OR area for 16 years. Would love to get to know other doodle owners locally. Wonder if any of the local doodle owners got theirs from the same breeder that we did.
- What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
- We have a 4 year old Cavapoo and a 17 month old Labradoodle. The Cavapoo (Karmin) isn't tooo fond of Fazzy.... We also have a 4 year old Maltese/Powderpuff Chinese Crested - so, obviously, she doesn't qualify as a doodle :-)

- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- Feedback from friends and people I've met out and about that have a doodle. Our cavapoo is the SWEEEETEST girl, but she's very shy and a bit overbonded....
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- Snuggle, walks, I work from home full time so he hangs out in the office with me as well. He attends daycare one or two times a week and loves it. Dog park trips are almost daily, and we also have a small doodle playgroup here in Vancouver that gets together every other Sunday or so.

- Nope!

I actually like Fudge's coloring, but I know what you mean about that rich chocolate color. I do prefer her coloring to Vern's, which is always filthy :) LOL Fazzy is a lot darker than Fudge, so maybe he will stay darker.

Yes, Fudge started out a deep chocolate brown and has faded to a silvery brown color. Her mom was a Parti-Poodle. I think the chocolates are my favorite. Vern was supposed to be 60 pounds and has turned out to be 100 pounds. LOL I wouldn't trade either of them, but I am probably too old for another 100 pound dog :)

I was born in Sacramento and lived there until I was 12, when my family moved up to Redding. We still have family in Sacramento and visit there as much as we can. I'll let you know if I bring my doodle to Portland :) She may stay at home with my boyfriend if he doesn't go.
