It sounds good but mine is delayed this month.  It was set to ship on May 1.  Chewy says it was shipped a couple days later but only one box has made it to the UPS facility today.  It's scheduled for delivery on May 8.  The other box is still in limbo.

Obviously, this is not the biggest problem in the world but I will be annoyed if I have to go out and buy dog food.  I thought I had enough to cover a gap but when the dogs were boarded and we were on vacation, they evidently ate more than usual.

My order, regardless of auto shipped or otherwise ALWAYS takes about 7 days to get here. I continue to shop with chewy because I'm happy with them as a company and love their customer service. I am an amazon prime member but would never order dog food through them. I've heard good and bad things and just don't want to chance it.

My latest order was made last Friday.  Sunday morning at 11:15am I received an email saying my order has shipped.  I'm happily surprised since it is a holiday weekend.  But as of today, Wednesday at 8:30am, UPS still doesn't have any record of it being picked up - just the label created.  I think their system says the package is shipped when they create the label but they evidently don't manage to get it on a UPS truck right away.

I do agree that they have great customer service.  I'm just a little frustrated with their delivery policies.  I did a live chat and they are saying the order was "lost in transit" but since it never even got picked up, I don't really call that "transit".  

OK, I got anemail from hewy.com Monday stating my order was shipping Saturday. After my last experience with auto ship I told them to ship now. (UPS doesn't work on Saturday.) Tuesday I got notification that my order had shipped. UPS delivered it a few minutes ago. I think I will use auto ship just to remind me to order.
