Looking for recommendations - steps for my goldendoodles to get into my car.

My 14 month old Goldendoodle has always been scared to jump into my SUV Kia Sorento.  He now jumps out but I have to lift his back legs so he can get in.  Does anyone have a good solution?  My back is bad; I should not be lifting him so I am looking for suitable steps.  He usually sits in the front passenger seat with a seat belt on.

I wonder if he would jump in if he had a role model - another dog who does jump into cars. Do you know anyone else with a dog who jumps into their car?
