I am placing this in a discussion so that it does not become lost in our comments and is prompted by Miss Susan = ) about glucosamine and chondroiton. There are many foods that do contain both of these ingredients as well as treats (Zuke's makes one) but the amount is scant. There is a brand called Wholistic Pet ~

we use this supplement and really like it. We have heard much positive feedback from others and have even heard some testimony regarding reversal of joint conditions. The line carries several products that I feel comfortable recommending in addition to the canine complete joint mobility such as the diatomaceous earth and the probiotic and digestive enzymes.
Missing Link has a similar product to the Canine Complete, but the CC has more bang for the buck and I prefer it.
Other supplements we have tried and liked are California Natural Skin and Coat supplement. Also Azmira products.
Next weekend they are having the Global Pet expo here in Orlando and Kim is arranging for me to go. I will be sure to share anything noteworthy that results. I will comment though that online I saw a food bowl that is one of the new product previews that may serve very well for any critter who resembles Bissell while eating ~ I cannot seem to find which of hundreds (I am not kidding) of sites I visit I saw it on and will post back later when I find it.
As always I welcome hearing of your feedback and also of your own product endorsements (and please do share when you come across something you dislike too)
