picked out our puppy today!

[Waiting for New Puppies]

we went today and picked out our puppy - picked out a black doodle, with a teeny white star on his chest - and found out AFTER we were there that we could have brought him home today! :(  but, my hubby has an all day medical appointment next week - 4 hours away- so, we are staying on schedule to pick him up on thursday!  we had, at one point decided to name him Murphy - but, after MEETING him today, are now kicking names around - :)  Hubby thought he looked like Auggie doodle - and i thought more of a Willy doodle -- and who knows - by thursday - we may have an entirely DIFFERENT name! :)  but, we will have a 3 hour drive to pick him up - so it won't be without chatter! :)  here's the pic i snapped today - hubby just happened to be wearing a dark blue shirt! :(
