Waiting on Watson

I am so impatient. We get to bring our sweet Watson home on May 18th, but it just seems so far away! I've been waiting forever and I'm going doodle crazy. I think I need a doodles anonymous support group. I secretly (and sometimes not so secretly) stalk my breeder's FB page. haha.

Watson is precious and I understand why you can't wait to bring him home.  We did the same thing to our breeder when we were waiting to pick out Sophie and then to see her in the next few week's picture postings.  I'd hit refresh 100x a day to see if she had uploaded any pictures.  We had so many questions for the breeder and figured we were being pains, so we tried to refrain.  LOL

Thanks! I'm the same way. Constantly checking for new pictures. I'm going crazy :-) we just can't wait to get him.

We've had our little Sophie for a little over a year now and we still talk about the day we brought her home.  We were worried because we thought she was lethargic.  I think it was just a stressful day for her to come from Ohio to IL and be separated from her litter mates because she is the most high energy dog we have ever met.  We say she jumps around like a kangaroo!

Thanks! I am glad everything ended up okay with Sophie. I am wondering how Watson's first few days will go. I have two young kids, it will probably be overwhelming for him. I'm sure it will turn out okay though.

Must be nice to have the facebook page! The first breeder I was working with had one. The 2nd one we've been working with has only sent me 3 pics :( I am eagerly waiting as well! We pick up FRIDAY!

Yes, I am so glad they have a FB page. There are always new posts, and the breeder also sends me private messages with pictures and updates. Plus, I get to see all the other puppies and the parents. It is neat to look back at previous litters and see how the puppies ended up.

I know how you feel. I have to wait till the 30th just to see them and pick ours out. Then I will have to wait til may 3rd to bring him home. It will be torture. I am constantly looking at her Facebook page or just having my phone because she said she will try to send pictures to us.

We are in the same boat too!! We get our little Lilly (chocolate goldendoodle w white on her chest) 3rd week in April. She will be 3 weeks old this Sunday. We are going to make the 6+ hour round trip drive to go see her next weekend then go back 4 weeks after that to get her. Luckily we do have Molly & Bailee (age 7 & 5). Boy are they in for a surprise :) And if it helps i keep checking my email for new pictures too...good luck.

I am in the same situation as you! My boy will be coming home May 18th! At least you have a more recent picture. I still only have ones like this ^^^

And I constantly refresh their website and facebook. It's the site my browser suggests for me to visit now.
