Ever the optimist, I have to believe that we will be blessed with a glorious day for our doodles. The realist in me did notice that Sunday does look to be the better day. The real problem with changing the day is that not everyone may check back and get the notice. For now, it is still Saturday and let's hope for the best. If indeed, it is a rainy afternoon we'll switch to Sunday.
Just as I was really mulling over changing it to Sunday, I watched a weather update and now Sunday looks to be rainy and with it clearing and the sun coming out Saturday afternoon. So we'll hope for the a sunny romp on Saturday.
We have rented an indoor facility in the past. Maybe that we can try that again this winter when we all have cabin fever. That way we'd all be warm and dry and the doodles can run and play in a wonderful facility with other doodles.
We like the idea of the indoor facility too. If we need to kick in some money for the rent, it's fine
with us. As much notice as possible would be appreciated. I work on weekends and will need to schedule time off in advance. A suggestion would be www.thinkpawsitivedog.com in oconomowoc.
I will still keep a eye on the weather for Saturday we have to attend a funeral in the morning but should be home after that
I know Wilson would love to meet other doodles and so would I Have a great day and looking forward to meeting everyone
I'm going to pass on the Doodle Romp today. It is just too wet. We have a guest dog for the weekend and have decided that even if the rain stops the ground will be too wet to b e enjoyable.
We made the same decision. I'm disappointed, the romps are so much fun. We'll just look forward to the next one.
When it dries out, let's try to schedule a walk on the Lake Path.
