Soleil loves the toys in her basket and it's fun to watch her pick her joi du jour.  Then she sticks it under her chin to use as a pillow.  That's why this photo - very typical of her.  My only complaint about her is that she jumps on guests as they come in.  After that, she's well behaved.  Anyone else have this?

We picked the name Soleil for several reasons.  Our lab was named Sunny so it seemed to fit to name our next dog Soleil, since she was part poodle.  Also we live in an area where all the street names are French.  It seemed that it was the perfect choice.  Sweetest dog ever!

When we first saw Soleil as a puppy on the breeder's website, she was one of three available - "Puppy A, Puppy B, or Puppy C".  Sometimes I still call her Puppy C.  What a wise choice that was!  Soleil is incredible and has the best nose ever!
