Thanks Anne and Lisa.  Lisa, Buddy is going to start responding to Beautiful soon, we call him that everyday (Beautiful Boy, Buddy my Beautiful), and Kona is not left out, she is our Gorgeous Girl :)

He had so much fun running around, he just naturally poses for me like this.  He is a funny guy :)  Can't wait to take you guys up to the Mt when you come out next.

In Canada we called them road apples.  My dad told me stories of playing street hockey in the winter with frozen ones.  I'd hate to be the goalie trying to stop THAT.

The funny thing is I looked it up. It is also this fruit described as looking like a lime green brain. But it's not native to your area : )

LOL, it is horse droppings :)  We called the cow droppings cow pies and the horse droppings horse apples, at least in WI we did.....  Kona LOVES horse apples, and so does Duke!  I think Ann got a little video of Duke.
