This pic means a lot to me, as it shows Oscar's beautifully angled lower incisors. He was born with 'base narrow canines', causing his lower baby incisors to grow straight up, hitting his hard palate (and effectively 'locking' his lower jaw in place, preventing it from growing). After having his baby incisors extracted to make room for the adult teeth to come in correctly (and for his jaw to grow properly), and after weeks of ball therapy to get those adult incisors to angle out properly, Oscar did not need a dental appliance. His lower incisors now look perfectly normal! Hooray!
