How terrible! I'm glad that it's getting back to normal. All the snow photos you have added lately have been AWESOME by the way!

Camilla, Almost a year ago to the day, fractured in two places after fall on ice coming back into house after taking Banjo out to play in snow. thanks for nice comments!

Joanne and Carol - I know that game of "chicken" well. Usually he does the Banjo thing...quick right, left ...but sometimes I try to outguess him.  BIG mistake!!  We end up in a pile. Have fun!!!

I would duck for sure. Great photo with such intensity. I'm constantly running for the nearest immoveable object when the dogs start one of their mock wars.

Joanne, It's been a year almost to the day.   It's taken almost the full year for my arm to fully recover....night time pain that would wake me 2-3 times per night is finally gone.    I do remember FJ's awful accident....UGH!!!

I would love to do a discussion on this topic...but it'll have to wait.   We're packing, cleaning and just trying to get ourselves organized to head to a warmer climate.   If you or anyone else would like to jump on this go for it!   I'm sure we have lots of folks here who've had similar stories.

It's been a year since you broke your arm? Just about.
I think I told you about FJ tearing his ACL with his last dog-laying on the ground, robe on, 8am traffic. He was down for months with that injury
