I know exactly what you mean about the sand!  If we go to the beach and we don't want to give him a bath, we keep him leashed.  If we let him go, he's a big, sandy mess!  He got used to running in the surf at the dog beach in San Diego.  He doesn't go far.  And he doesn't swim.  He just likes to run at the water's edge.  Have you been to the dog beach in SD?  It's nice.  And there is self serve dog wash right up the street where you can give him a bath!  It's kind of fun.  They have aprons so you don't get all wet and their tubs are standing height so you don't have to bend over!

Wow, that's great! Cooper is not a fan of the waves and we're not a fan of getting all the sand off him. Haha! Glad life is good there for you guys :)

Hawaii is great!  Jaxson loves the beach.  Believe it or not, there is a doodle group that meets here for romps!
