I have actually been thinking a lot lately about what to do with ashes from a cremated dog - especially if it was your "heartdog". I have had Hondo's ashes in a beautiful wooden box on my bookshelf for five years and just can't bring myself to bury his ashes. But, it was the same thing with my daughter's ashes. It is just so final putting them into the ground (sprinkling in the ocean, etc.) So, I am thinking about putting them in a glass ball and keeping them in the yard. What do you think?
