So I have been putting off doing this a little. Mostly because I felt like I might go to pieces as soon as I started it. This is something I didnt expect to be doing so soon. Never has 2 years flown by so fast but been filled with so much. This is the story of Chester, our mini goldendoodle, who suddenly passed away a couple of weeks ago now.

Chester was a beauty! And sounds like a little character and left a huge impression. So sorry for your loss, way too young.
Carrie, I did a little research to see if I could find some answers for you. It seems that encephalitis can develop from tick borne diseases including valley fever. Here's a link to an article about this, it might help with the "why?" part of this tragedy. I'm so sorry for the loss of your sweet boy.
