We're moving from Boston and LA soon and will be adding the newest member to our family around that time.

- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- I've always loved loved goldens. My girlfriend grew up with a labradoodle and got used to the non-shedding, so it was a perfect match.
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- Hiking, swimming, wrestling and cuddling.
- Would you be willing to Dog Sit on occasion for other DoodleKisses members? (You are NOT committing to anything by saying yes - you are just saying you might be willing to do this if you were acquainted with the other member and the circumstances were right.)

Hi Chris,
Just came across your post from last year re: looking for doodles to play with. We live in Windsor, not too far from Sonoma. Are you still looking for playmates? Traz (ALD male) is 8 1/2 months old and always looking for new dog friends. Let me know if you are interested in getting together. There is a dog park on Highway 12, which I believe is in Sonoma and we could meet there for a romp.

Welcome, Chris. Do join the Southern California group. We have meet ups about once a month and you can see that it is pretty hard to tell the goldendoodles from the labradoodles. You can tell the Australian Labradoodles though because the multigenerational look makes them have a more similar look.
I have a doodlekisses friend who got her doodle from http://christysgoldendoodles.net/2/cgds.nsf/home?OpenForm&Seq=1 in the San Diego area. I have met about 5 of doodles from this breeder and all are big, beautiful and I don't think they shed. You can check out Christie's site to see if this is a breeder you might want to contact.
