- I work in marketing a PR for a Portland-area hospital. I enjoy golf, photography, reading and coffee.
- What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
- Hugo, my goldendoodle is a social butterfly. He gets me out meeting people and dogs and loves almost everyone unconditionally.
- Where did you get your doodle(s)?
- Breeder
- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- I was introduced to doodles through an old landlord. I fell in love with their labradoodle and have always appreciated the breed since. I grew up with boxers, but wanted to find a dog that was (a little) less codependent and a little easier to train. Hugo has definitely been both so far. He's a wonderful companion and a perfect compliment to my life.
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- We try to get to the dog park several times a week. Running/wrestling with other dogs is Hugo's favorite. He loves to be chased by people too and we're working on playing fetch. Hugo also loves the water and I've been having fun documenting his adventures with photos and videos.
- Does your doodle(s) shed?
- A little bit but nothing major
- Who grooms your doodle(s)?
- Petco usually. I brush him as often as he'll let me.

We miss Thule. She broke through a broken slat in our fence and was hit in early '10. Boca is like a caffeinated Thule with springs .

Woah! Yes it is Rosco =) How crazy and cool that he had such an impact on you getting Hugo. Small world. Hugo is lovely, congrats! How long ago did you live here? I can't remember what year...what other dogs did we have at the time? Sounds like you're doing well in Portland.
