Welcome to Doodle Kisses, I wish I had been a member here before we adopted Neely as maybe the things I learned here would have made a difference in the decisions we made. I am so happy that I found this site and you will be too. It is so informative and fun and a place that is safe to be doodle crazy with others who won't tease you because your a crazy doodle lover! It is a very sad situation involving your breeder but you now have a beautiful doodle and the support you need here. As long as you did not knowingly support these people in their wrong doing you have nothing to feel badly about, infact you should be happy that you rescued your doodle from that situation. Welcome to doodle kisses!
Hi Dana,
When I saw your last comment on my page I figured you got your Doodle from this breeder. You will find out lots of things about the puppy mill that they were running in their basement and their previous animal abuse charges. Please try not to let that color the fact that you have a sweet and adorable Doodle. Jackson is a doll, and you certainly didn't know what was going on there.
Hi Dana,
Love your profile picture! We got Guinness (our mini) from an ALD breeder in VT, and Murph was a rescue. Where did you get Jackson? I'm not a big fan of Dog Parks, but once in a while we do take our guys to the off-leash park in Simsbury so they can run free. My guys also go to Daycare once a week....they love it. We have great paved walking trails throughout Farmington, and that's where we usually walk them. So Jackson is about to be a "birthday boy"....you're over the worst of the "puppy days".
