- About Me:
- I am a retired individual with copd. I have 4 dogs ... two of them are rescues, one a gift, and one I just purchased to train as an assistance dog for my disability needs.
- What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
- I have two Schnoodles, one Schnoodle at my Sister's home, and a Doberman/Rottweiler mix. All are neutered and spay. I just purchased my Chocolate and white Parti Labradoodle a few weeks ago. He is just wonderful ... and so smart. He knows many commands already at 10 weeks old. Recall is great!
- Where did you get your doodle(s)?
- Breeder
- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- I wanted the best of both worlds. I wanted this particular mix for it's brains and braun. I need a dog to be able to do tasking.
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- Train and have loads of fun ... much quality time ... and in the summer we have a pontoon boat ... as we live on a lake .., and they can all go boating with us. It is just my Dad and I and the dogs.
- Does your doodle(s) shed?
- Nope!
- Who grooms your doodle(s)?
- I groom my own dogs. I have been self taught for 8 years now on how to do Poodle mixes.
- Favorite Doodle Products?
- Pin brushes, dematting rakes, greyhound combs, blunt end shears, thinning shears, angled shears, and a good clipper set. Good quality dog shampoos.

How far he has come .... He can open doors, turn on and off light switches, bring me things, potty on command, walk well on his lead, sit, stay, down, come ....poke me for everything he wants. Lol! 
... swim for fun ... get in to the tub when asked ... get onto his grooming table when asked ... carry his own leash to the door .... and the list goes on of all the little things ... He has the Poodle intelligence I was searching for and the Bigness of the Lab I…

Time sure does fly when you are having fun!
The newest feat we have learned is to open the door on the deck. It has a special push and pull latch handle.
We are just keeping on with the regular obedience training .... because ... I can see the Tween coming in! LOl! Reese is such a people lover! He can hardly contain himself! Some way we have to curb this .... time .... I keep telling myself "Slow is Fast" in the…

Reese has had the last set of vaccinations. So our socialization can now sky rocket!
He still knows all his commands ... so we will keep practicing them until they are 99.9%. :)
Reese now weighs 31 pounds. He is still very tall and thin ... great lean weight! That is so important for hip development.
Once Reese is 6 months old I will begin a more advanced…
