How far he has come .... He can open doors, turn on and off light switches, bring me things, potty on command, walk well on his lead, sit, stay, down, come ....poke me for everything he wants. Time sure does fly when you are having fun!



The newest feat we have learned is to open the door on the deck. It has a special push and pull latch handle.

We are just keeping on with the regular obedience training .... because ... I can see the Tween coming in! LOl! Reese is such a people lover! He can hardly contain himself! Some way we have to curb this .... time .... I keep telling myself "Slow is Fast" in the…

Reese has had the last set of vaccinations. So our socialization can now sky rocket!

He still knows all his commands ... so we will keep practicing them until they are 99.9%. :)

Reese now weighs 31 pounds. He is still very tall and thin ... great lean weight! That is so important for hip development.

Reese is now 13 weeks old and weighs 21.2 pounds ... tall and lean. He is three feet tall standing on his hind legs.



Reese is my shadow and wants to be everywhere I am at. he sleeps beside me as I am on my computer also.

This is a blog on the process of my Labradoodle Reese. He was picked by me at three weeks old to hopefully become a service and assistance dog for my disability of copd.



I am keeping all his progress listed here as we progress.

We have a few professional service dog trainers helping us along our journey. I have in 46 years obedience and protection trained dogs. This is just a new path I am taking.
