About Me:

Breeder/Owner of Whispering Winds Australian Labradoodles and Founder/President of the Australian Labradoodle Club of America. Breeding Australian Labradoodles since 2002. Dog lover since childhood, previously breeding Old English Sheepdogs and Yorkshire Terriers, I fell in love with the Australian Labradoodle and have surrounded myself with them ever since.

I have 10 Australian Labradoodles that are all from Australian lines. We have two boys, Buster and Taz and 8 girls, Emma, Chloe, Cuddles, Bindi, Latte, Cafe, Winnie Pooh and Sally. They all have extremely intelligent and so much fun.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We first met Rutlands Lil Blossom who arrived in the US very pregnant and fell in love at first sight! After adopting one of her babies, our first boy, Willie, we knew that there would be many other doodles in our life. We soon added Rutlands Lil Cocoa to our family and we haven't looked back. We are hooked!!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

All of our dogs spend their time with us in our great room, and the most favorite time with the dogs is when there are three or four in my chair and at least that many in my husbands lap! There never squabble over who sits with us, but quietly join the pile until someone gets too warm and needs to cool off on the tile floor.

Nope!
