About Me:: I was a full time audiologist in private practice for 20 years and sold my practice about 6 years ago. Now I just work two days a week in a local hospital. With my two oldest kids married, another one in Australia going to college and the youngest now 16 and very busy with her own life, my pets have become my passion. Now I am breeding my Australian Labradoodles and am so excited about this new venture.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: I have a stud that is a large standard size with a fleece coat. His name is Marlon Brando and we call him Brando. He is truly a gentle giant! I also have two females, Mia who is a small standard or large medium and has a beautiful dark chocolate coat. Sophie is a small medium and has the softest chalk fleece coat you can imagine.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: I love Labradors and in fact still have one that is almost 14 years old. She is the perfect pet but she sheds like crazy! So, I love that my doodles are low/non shedding!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: I love every minute with my doodles, but probably my favorite thing is watching them play after supper. They know we are watching and laughing so they really put on a show!

When Toby was young I pinned a sheet to the wall (as an inexpensive backdrop) and sat him on it to take photos. He learned very quickly that he was supposed to sit quietly on it and pose. (He was rewarded generously with treats, of course.) haha! Getting them used to the camera when they are young makes them feel very comfortable about having photos taken when they get older.
