About Me:: I'm an East Coast transplant to the Bay Area and love it here in California. My husband got me an Australian Labradoodle for Christmas in 2010 and she's been keeping us busy ever since.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Australian Labradoodle - Harper (14 months) is a medium. She weighs about 33 pounds now. She's from Daisy Hill (Chocolate Bliss and Jazzman litter).

Where did you get your doodle(s)?: Breeder

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: We love going to Point Isabel and Fort Funston! As a puppy, Harper loves to play, especially with other doodles.

Harper's First Haircut

Our little Harper girl got her first haircut this weekend on the eve of her eight-month birthday. I was loathe to say goodbye to her beautiful, curly locks, but it was just too long for the summer. Goodbye Sweet Maddie

It's with the heaviest of hearts that I tell everyone on DK that our wonderful Dalmatian, Maddie is gone. We had the worst week of all time, ending in Friday where we held her as she took her last breaths. The vet had informed us she likely had a brain tumor, which was what had caused her and us the agony over the last month or so. She had a wonderful 13.5 years on this earth… Continue

She already has some. Her dad, the ALF, is chocolate with some caramel highlights, her mom was chocolate and faded to parchment. It will be interesting to see what happens. Have you shaved Harper yet? Rosie seems so hot! But, I'm so afraid of how she will look! LOL
