Hi Joan - I'm not too close to North York - Cambridge, actually. It's too bad - it's always nice to get together with other owners with well behaved dogs. :) Crosby and Toby aren't far apart in age - Toby was 3 in August.
Ned had a darker stripe down his back for a while but it has faded also. It is so fun that you never know what your doodle is going to really look like - darker, lighter, changing totally!
What a darling Doodle! I hear ya on the picky eating. My Doodleboy has gone through numerous dog foods. What I've discovered is that he won't eat the same thing twice in a row, and he won't touch "casseroles" (yes, dry dog food mixed with canned - everything has to be separated in the bowl). Too funny! Our Doods - how we love them.

A belated welcome to Doodlekisses! I hope you are enjoying it here!
Thank you for the link, Joan! I'll have to check out that vet soon. Gosh, Crosby is so adorable! He's a big teddy bear.
Thank you for the friend request. I enjoyed looking at Crosby's newly uploaded photos.

How wonderful that they stayed darker. I wish Ned's would have, but I am glad that he didn't fade to cream like many apricot puppies seem to do.

Hmm, I never thought about allergies. I'm going to see if I can find a holistic vet in my area (didn't even know they existed, lol). Thank you!
Crosby's name is wonderful for a doodle. Did his dark apricot ears stay dark? Ned's faded until he is solid apricot all over.
