About Me:: I'm retired and love the outdoors, cooking and being a wife, mother and grandmother! Recently added 2 new puppies to our home so keeping very busy training our new best buddies!

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: We have 2 male medium golden doodle pups, one is 17 weeks (born 10/18/13) the other is 15 weeks (born 11/8/13). The boys have the same dad, a 12 lb miniature poodle but have different moms. Barkley's mother is an English golden and Oscars mother is an American red golden retriever. They have quite different personalities, Barkley looks and acts more like a 'big dog', quite mature for 17 weeks, Oscar is also quite sweet but gets distracted and needs a bit more coaxing during training sessions but is improving with age!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: My husband and I did a fair amount of research before we made our decision. We were looking at low shedding and allergy friendly options and after meeting a friends golden doodle the decision was obvious.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Taking walks and going to the doggie park! More of a wish list right now until we perfect our leash training.

thanks for the note. Yes...Lucy is a very sweet puppy. She was the only blondie born out of 11 b/w sheepadoodles pups. She's not a fan of the FLorida heat right now and likes to sleep in the big, tiled walk in shower where it's cool. Since I am a professional photographer you can count on lots of lots of Lucy pix :) We are having lots of fun with her!!!
