About Me:

I moved to Richmond from Eastern Washington 10/08 with my male Doodle to live with my son who was recruited to work here. Both my son and I were born and raised in Austin, Texas. We now have a standard poodle, too.

Dixie Max was born in October 2007 - his Dam is a beautiful white standard poodle and his Sire is a large golden retriever near Ellensburg, WA (dazzledoodles.com)

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

I adopted a standard poodle from the Austin dog pound and we were together for 14 years. After missing her for almost 10 years, I started looking for a new dog, When I saw a co-worker's goldendoodle and read about their great nature, I was hooked!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Our new favorite thing to do is attend a doodle romp with our GRAD friends! We visit the Hanover County Dog Park regularly and play on the agility equipment.
