An aussiedoodle will be the perfect replacement for my phantom goldendoodle when the time comes (hopefully many years from now). I like the smaller size as the larger dogs are more difficult to handle in groups of two.

When they breed a phantom poodle with a goldendoodle, you have a phantom goldendoodle. It definitely comes from the poodle side as golden retrievers don't have too much variation in their colors.

His father was a phantom poodle (standard) and he looks just like his father. To see more phantom poodles you can go to my breeder's website at Designerdoodles.com. Groucho has definitely become darker with age, but he had the eyebrows, chest and feet as a puppy. Here are my two guys this week.
