Profile Information

About Me:: I live in Spaniard's Bay, Newfoundland. Happily married to my husband Peter. We have been married for almost two years. Both of us are fortunate to live and work close to where we grew up as children. I am a special education teacher at the local high school and my husband is an insurance agent. Although we both had dogs growing up, this is our very first puppy that we will call our "own".

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Ovie was born on April 4, 2013. We are due to get her June 1, 2013. She is a standard F1 Goldendoodle. My husband is a big sports fan, so we decided to call her Ovie after Alex Ovechkin. She is our very first puppy, and we are very excited to meet her. We are getting her from a breeder in New Brunswick.

Where did you get your doodle(s)?: Breeder

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: We love the temperment, personality, and look of a Goldendoodle. We have done a lot of research on Goldendoodles, and we have considered getting one for over a year. We wanted a standard-large size dog that didnt shed (or atleast not very much).

Favorite Doodle Products?: Not yet.
