- About Me:
- I live in Philadelphia, PA with my boyfriend, Dave, in a great, dog friendly neighborhood in Center City. We are just recently adding a goldendoodle to our animal house.
- What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
- We have one male goldendoodle named Luca. He was born on December 29, 2009. He will be joining our family as a little brother to Neely, our sweet female lab/husky mix, who is 2 1/2 years old, as well as to two kitties, Lennox and Quinn. Luca will be our first animal from a breeder. The rest of the bunch were rescues from two great organizations in Pennysylvania - Molly's Place in Mechanicsburg and the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) in Philadelphia.
- Where did you get your doodle(s)?
- Breeder, Shelter, Rescue
- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- We chose a doodle mainly because of their documented (and witnessed) fabulous personalities and overall rep for being a smart and loving pet. Hopefully Luca will grow up to be just as sweet as his big doodle cousin, Dooley.
