About Me:: Riley, our Australian Labradoodle was my 40th Wedding Anniversary
present from my dear husband. Our beloved Akita died 7 years
ago and we were never going to buy a dog again. But the house was lonely even with children, grand-children and lots of
friends. I am hoping to make some walking friends with other doodle owners. We go to the dog park but the dogs are boring to Riley, he needs a buddy.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Australian Labradoodle. His name is Riley. He is the best dog in all areas that we have ever owned. One exception is that grooming is so hard. He is so much fun and loves Papboy and Grammy more and more every day.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: Personality and not having to worry regarding grand-children. Wanting them to play together. Also, I am 62 years young and didn't want to have to be constantly sweeping dog hair up. Love that Riley is so clean and doesn't shed.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Everything, he loves to go go in the car, cuddle by the chair, chase his football up the steps. He loves scrambled eggs for breakfast, and he just comes running.

Who grooms your doodle(s)?: I need help here. PLEASE give me some names of good groomers.

I live in Riverside and LOVE my groomer. My dood also has a high maintenance coat that I wasn't prepared for, so I do know what you mean. If you want to travel to Riverside for grooming let me know and I will give you the information
