Hi everyone. My almost 11 week old puppy is doing really well with the "Sit, Stay" command and with his potty training. I started out using little treats to teach him to sit and stay and now…Continue

Thanks Lisa and Tucker! Friends!
Lisa, I love the idea of an air compressor! That is so good you are starting classes for Tucker--you are really doing things right, and Abi will benefit as well from having a well-behaved dog. Abi is a doll, and she is blessed to have a caring momma!
I am 66, and there are days I think "what have we done" when Elsa is behaving badly, but I wouldn't give her away for the world! Everyone here is encouraging and helpful. It's so fun too! My goal is to train Elsa to go with me on my Hospice visits (I volunteer), but I am sure I will have to wait at least several more months before that happens.
Blessings to you and Abi,
Peggy
I am so happy for you that training Tucker has gone well! Elsa potty trained easily, but the biting habit hasn't gone as well. I have bought many many chew toys, but she still prefers shoes, etc.
I think it is true that Doodles are smart and so good with people. I bet your daughter is already in love with him--the photos sure look like it. I think if my puppy had a face like Tucker's, I would let her get away with anything :/
Thanks necessary! The advice was greatly appreciated
Wow! If he grows into those paws, he will be a big doodle.
