What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: I have a male ~2 yr. goldendoodle named Max who was recently diagnosed with severe allergies (atopic dermatitis). He was 15 months old when he was rehomed to us and he has been with us over a year. He is my very first dog, and being from a long line of cat-loving family members, I finally get it.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: My husband is allergic to dogs. Little did I know that our dog was allergic to him ;)

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Take Max to the beach and watch him romp and play with other dogs. Watch people ooh and ahh over his great loveliness, and perfect disposition. I view him as a fine ambassador to the doodle world.

Favorite Doodle Products?: Anything purchased from our dearest friends at Zany Doodle.

My goldendoodle Sheba and my labradoodle Duke also suffer from the same condition and both receive the shots. Geez, what are the odds that I get 2 dogs with the same condition??? Anyway, if you have any questions, let me know! I see Karen (Karen & Jack) is your friend and she has posted on your page about the support group. He's been on immunotherapy for over two years and has been doing great- no steroids for two years and his symptoms are controlled 10 months of the year.

We have a support group here for people whose dogs have Atopy; it's a private group, but if you request membership, I'll approve you. Here's the link:
