HI Lynne! I just answered your email, then saw you had joined the GRAD group! Riley is so handsome! One of my doods is an ALD, too. Love their personalities. What a great story about Riley's kitty, Meow. Looking forward to meeting you both soon.
Connor and Simon send happy doodle wags and woofs to Riley. ()*o*()
Lynne, Thank you for the friend request. I so want Rudy to find a wonderful home. Jacquie would probably be your best bet. I did hear there were some people meeting him soon. Try Jacquie and let me know what happens. Thank you!
I am so glad that you found Goku. I am sure he was loved and he deserves to continue to be loved. Thank you for taking him, even though he wasn't what you were originally looking for. It gives me warm fuzzies to know that he will be loved and cared for.
When we got Clancy, we weren't even looking for another dog. We had three already. Ned and I went to our local pet adoption center's fund raiser and a volunteer was walking Clancy around and I just fell in love with him. I posted about him everywhere I could think of but no one went to see him, so after a week, we introduced him to our other dogs and adopted him. He is not aggressive at all but he and our Springer had arguments for about 2 months. He also escaped during his first days here. Luckily, I went out our front door and spotted him at the top of our street looking around like he was lost (and he was). He did come to me when he saw me (luckily). He can slip a collar in the twinkle of an eye so even though we have trained him, I never trust that he won't slip the collar and bolt if he got scared so we always use some sort of slip collar on him. Keep me posted about your progress with him. It is just so fun to continue to discover things about him. We didn't find out that Clancy fetched for a long time and that he tried to play frisbee for an even longer time. I can talk you through adding pictures to your page if you want me to. Just let me know.
Please update you profile to include your rescue. I really want to hear about him. Size, color, coat type? Why he was in rescue? How long have you had him? I have a rescue who had no issues except for typical dog stuff. I really saw adjustments after a couple of months but it took a year before it really seemed like he had been with us forever. Do you have pictures?
Thanks for "friending" me. Riley is beautiful and I love the story of how he rescued the kitten--now, his brother from another mother :). I hope to get a Big, Beautiful & Smart Doodle like Riley. Post more pics... I am an addict.
Doylestown is a nice place. I am only 10 minutes away. 86 West is one of my favorite places for Girls Night Out :).
Wow, Riley is beautiful and definitely a good Dood! Welcome to Doodle Kisses Lynne! This site is wonderful for information on Doodles and everyone is very helpful. Check out the groups and discussions, they are terrific!

Thanks for the info. Is there a link to the DRC website?
I am so glad to hear the Goku is doing well. Thank you for the friend request.
Awww, thank you, Lynne! That was a nice personal message and a friendship invite. It takes a village of doodlers to really get this done.
I'm sadden by the entire story but at the same time, thrilled at the outcome
Lynne, I was told you need to contact Kim here about Rudy. Good luck!
