About Me:: Mother of Trixiedoodle...OK, just Trixie. We walk in PPP in Hali and Frog Pond and the neighbourhood. We met other Doodle owners in PPP who walk every morning and they met on Doodle Kisses and suggested that I do so as well...so, here we are.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Trixie is a Black Golden Doodle, born December 8th in N.B. She has one sister, Bella who lives in the downtown core of Halifax...there were only two pups in her litter. Bella is a city dog and Trixie lives in the outskirt of town on William's Lake. They have dog dates and share the same trainer.

Trixie is the first dog we've had in 20 years and we are so happy we decided to add her to our family and our household. Her name means 'Bringer of Joy' and she truly does bring Joy!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: We had Staffordshire Bull Terriers in the past. I wanted anon-shedder (or as close to a non-shedder as was possible) and a dog that does not intimidate others. Doodles are the least intimidating dogs I know of.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Walk. Play. Meet up with friends and their dogs for walks.

Who grooms your doodle(s)?: She gets pretty messy in the summer. Loves mud, sand and any water.
