My husband & I have a farm in central South Dakota. We raise wheat & sunflowers.
What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
Just bought a littleLabradoodle puppy that we are picking up shortly before Easter. We can't WAIT!! Also have Jasper, our little Yorkie & Jack Jack.
UPDATE: Our Princess Otillia (Tillie) is here!
Where did you get your doodle(s)?
Breeder
Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
Because they don't shed ... hopefully? But yes, that is pretty much it. They are also supposed to have delightful personalities & we think they are cute, too.

My doodles are Flip(brown) n Odin( black one). Have you found a puppy/breeder?
This site is awesome for all types of information like that, as well as many other topics ! It's helped and encouraged me tremendously!
These are are great breed of dog. I'm hooked :)
The shedding varies a lot with each doodle - I think it depends on how much of the "poodle" gene the pup has....poodles don't shed so I believe that is a big factor. My pups didn't shed very much but it has increased slightly now that they are older...but it is still very minimal.
I never noticed any odd running when they were pups....my Shiloh (white doodle) is very lanky he runs like a greyhound (very fast) but afterwards he is very sore from it - the vet said he has some joint problems with his knees, but when he was a puppy there was not any noticeable problem.
Congrats on Tille! I miss those puppy times...actually mine are 4 & 5 and haven't figured out that they are supposed to mature! I just love the doodle antics! Good luck and take LOTS of pictures!
Puppies are both the pits and heaven! You are exhausted with their care, and then .... they are all grown up and much less work but still heaven!
Thanks for the friend request. It actually isn't hard to dress up your page. Adding pictures of your darling pup will be the most important though. Let me know when you post some.
