What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Just bought a littleLabradoodle puppy that we are picking up shortly before Easter. We can't WAIT!! Also have Jasper, our little Yorkie & Jack Jack.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: Because they don't shed ... hopefully? But yes, that is pretty much it. They are also supposed to have delightful personalities & we think they are cute, too.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Snuggle, play, swim ... all that stuff.

Would you be willing to Dog Sit on occasion for other DoodleKisses members? (You are NOT committing to anything by saying yes - you are just saying you might be willing to do this if you were acquainted with the other member and the circumstances were right.): Yes

At 8:35am on April 12, 2012, Kemp Rader said…: The shedding varies a lot with each doodle - I think it depends on how much of the "poodle" gene the pup has....poodles don't shed so I believe that is a big factor. My pups didn't shed very much but it has increased slightly now that they are older...but it is still very minimal.

I never noticed any odd running when they were pups....my Shiloh (white doodle) is very lanky he runs like a greyhound (very fast) but afterwards he is very sore from it - the vet said he has some joint problems with his knees, but when he was a puppy there was not any noticeable problem.
