About Me:: I am an 8th grade science teacher and go to a dog friendly beach for 2 weeks each year (Dewey Beach, DE). I have always had cats but as every year went by watching the dogs play on the beach I found myself wanting a dog.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: I have a black labradoodle that I purchased from a breeder in W.V. Her name in Charlotte and she is now 4. I then got involved with a doodle rescue organization and had to to a transport from a horrible back yard breeder and foster two while I began phone interviewing applicants for placement. Needless to say I am now called a foster failure because I kept one of them. She is still quite skittish after a year but getting better each day. She is the Ying to Charlotte's Yang! Blond colored and renamed Fergie. (She didn't really know her name anyway).

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: I thought a doodle fit my personality!
