What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: I have a 5 1/2 month Australian Labradoodle. His name is Bailey

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: My wife is highly allergic to dogs, but is perfectly fine with Bailey.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: So far he is in training. We've taken him to some parks, and the beach although he hasnt gone in the water yet. He loves going to Petco to do puppy playtime. He's really smart with a great personality. Everyone that sees him falls in love. I call him a Celebradoodle. Nobody has ever seen one quite a cute as he is. At least thats what I've been told, ha.

Would you be willing to Dog Sit on occasion for other DoodleKisses members? (You are NOT committing to anything by saying yes - you are just saying you might be willing to do this if you were acquainted with the other member and the circumstances were right.): Yes

At 10:01am on March 22, 2012, Linda, Charlie Brown and Beau said…: Charlie first went to All Star Puppy class and then CGC (Canine Good Citizen) - he passed CGC at 8 mos. old. CGC certificate is a pre-requisite to therapy. Charlie is fairly laid back, but he does have those puppy moments. He loves to play ball and is now learning to move the soccer ball down the yard. I keep telling myself his activities are helping me to stay younger! When you have flown, do they actually weigh Bailey? Are you going to give him a small tranquilzer before he is crated and stowed? I have heard they are being much more careful with animal cargo now days. I'd be interested in how it goes. Enjoy your Florida trip - it should be beautiful down there. I have not been to Smyrna but have checked it out online and it looks delightful. Are you attending the Balloon and Sky Festival this weekend?

Is Bailey a standard or medium? Charlie has not been on a plane but been on many road trips. Is Bailey flying commercial, or private. We may be flying down to AZ and I am going to be checking with Allegiant to see if we can purchase the seat between us for Charlie - he will have his therapy certification by then, but then I have heard sometimes that is not enough and they need to be actual service dogs. We shall see. We will drive if it is not possible - as I do not want him in baggage.

It looks like you have a great groomer. We are struggling to find one that understands a doodle cut rather than a poodle cut! Ugh! Have you had an issues with dog food? paddy is just now starting to walk away from his food and wondering if it's time for a change. Anyway, Bailey is so good looking!
