About Me:: I'm a 62 (almost) year old female who has an adorable Australian multi-generational labradoodle named Molly. We "imported" her from Oregon at 6 months and she did just fine fortunately. We are thinking about getting another smaller doodle (Molly is approx. 45 lbs) so I thought I'd sign up and see who might have a dog available.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Australian Multi-Generational Labradoodle named Molly

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: temperment, lack of shedding, hypoallergenic

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: just about everything cause she loves to do everything with us and is so inquisitive and fun.

Would you be willing to Dog Sit on occasion for other DoodleKisses members? (You are NOT committing to anything by saying yes - you are just saying you might be willing to do this if you were acquainted with the other member and the circumstances were right.): Yes

She watches our faces constantly and is always looking to us for information about how to respond in a new situation. I've never had a dog do that before. Tara uses her front paws a lot. I think it is a poodle trait. She knows "high five" and "left paw" "right paw". I have a video of her on my page of her at about 8-9 weeks and you can see her front legs flailing around! Someone said she came out of the womb high fiving! LOL That is so precious about Molly placing her paw in your hand, they are such sweet little souls. :)

I was hoping to get an Oregon Doodle too but I couldn't find a breeder in Oregon that bred them as small as I wanted. Tara is 20 pounds and we finally found her in the San Francisco area at Darby Park Doodles. What breeder did Molly come from?

Just as an FYI, I recently added "Bear" to Tara and my profile name because people were often addressing me as Tara instead of Ricki. Just saying...you may have this same problem with Molly! :) Hope you enjoy DK!!

I too am sorry we not closer. It would b fun to get the 2 of them together

Charlie's body and tail have lightened a bit, but his head and ears are still very chocolate - he is now 15 months old. I thought about getting another doodle too - I love them so, but we travel a bit and Charlie goes with us everywhere. Looking forward to seeing more photos of Molly on this website.

If you are interested in getting another doodle, there are plenty of group on here that you might find helpful...there is the multiple doodle owners group and groups where DK members (who are breeders) can list the puppies that they have for sale.
