I recently moved to Santa Rosa after my husband passed away in April. I have two children and four grandchildren.

I am fostering a minature labradoodle for Brandi Huffmaster. Her name is Bindi and she is 11/2 years old. She was recently bred and should be having puppies in a couple of months.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

I really liked her size and the fact that she doesn't shed. I had golden retrievers before and a lot of dog hair. I have none with her. It is great.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

We go for walks every day and I want to start doing agility with her. I took her to a dog event where they had a agility course set up and took her through it. She did great and they told me she was a natural.
